The RR 310 uses a unique Reverse-Inclined DOHC engine. By tilting the cylinder backward, TVS achieved better mass centralization and a shorter intake path, which significantly improves throttle response. It is liquid-cooled and features a 4-valve head with finger-follower valve train for high-revving durability.

The 2026 iteration in Nepal delivers a peak of 38 PS. The bike features Ride-by-Wire technology, allowing for four riding modes: Track/Sport: Full 38 PS with sharp throttle and minimal ABS intervention. Urban/Rain: Restricted to 25.8 PS with optimized ABS for safety and fuel economy.
