The current S11 models come with dual front airbags. However, the 2026 Global Pikup is engineered for a 5-star safety rating, incorporating curtain and side airbags to meet stringent international crash norms.
NCAP Safety Rating: 5 Star (Target for Global Model)
While the older Getaway models had basic safety, the new-gen platform (shared with the Scorpio-N) has already achieved a 5-star Global NCAP rating. Mahindra is carrying this safety DNA into the Pikup line to compete with the Toyota Hilux and Ford Ranger.
