Unlike many competitors that use a cheap torsion beam, the H6 features a sophisticated multi-link independent rear suspension. This allows each wheel to react to bumps independently, greatly improving ride quality and handling stability on uneven surfaces.

The H6 uses disc brakes on all four corners. The front discs are ventilated to dissipate heat more effectively during repeated braking, while the rear solid discs provide consistent stopping power and integrate with the electronic parking brake.

The HEV typically rides on 19-inch alloy wheels with 225/55 R19 tires. The large wheel size fills the arches perfectly for a premium look, while the 55-profile sidewall provides enough cushioning to maintain a plush ride over potholes.
