The JMEV EV3 features a 30.24 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery pack. LFP technology is particularly advantageous in Pakistan because it offers a higher safety threshold and a longer lifecycle compared to NMC batteries. It supports DC fast charging, allowing the battery to go from 30% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes.

The EV3 is powered by a front-mounted electric motor delivering 67 hp. While this might sound modest, the lack of a traditional gearbox means all the power is available instantly, giving it a peppier feel in city traffic than the 1.0L petrol engines found in the Suzuki Cultus or Wagon R.

The vehicle offers a reliable range of 271 km under the stricter WLTP standards. In real-world Pakistani city conditions (with AC and local traffic), drivers can expect roughly 220–240 km on a full charge, making it more than capable for a multi-day urban commute without needing a top-up.

Like most modern EVs, the EV3 uses a single-speed reduction gear. This ensures a smooth, "gearless" driving experience that is entirely silent. It features a modern rotary gear selector, which frees up space in the center console for a cleaner look.
