The RX maintains its 4.89m length but features a longer 2,850 mm wheelbase compared to the previous generation. This change creates a much roomier "lounge-like" rear cabin and a lower center of gravity (GA-K platform) for vastly improved handling and stability.

The RX provides a class-leading 612 litres of cargo space. Due to the updated platform design, the boot floor is lower and longer than before, making it easier to load heavy items or multiple full-sized golf bags without folding the rear seats.
