Gearbox Type: 6-Speed / 8-Speed Automatic
The 3.0L and 1.9L engines are paired with a 6-speed Aisin automatic or 6-speed manual transmission. The new 2026 2.2L variant introduces a high-efficiency 8-speed automatic transmission, designed to provide closer gear ratios for smoother shifts and better fuel economy during cruising.
Drive Type: 4x4 Terrain Command
The 4WD system features "Terrain Command," allowing the driver to shift between 2WD-High and 4WD-High at speeds up to 100 km/h. It also includes a dedicated 4WD-Low range and a standard Electronic Rear Differential Lock on all 4x4 models for superior off-road traction.
Clutch Type: Torque Converter / Single Plate Dry
Automatic models use a heavy-duty torque converter with a lock-up function for gears 3 through 6 to improve efficiency. Manual variants utilize a large-diameter single-plate dry clutch designed to handle the high-torque load of towing and heavy hauling.
