Engine Options: 2.0L i4 (AMG) or 3.5L V6 (Toyota)
The Emira offers two engines. The 2.0L Twin-Scroll Turbocharged i4 is sourced from Mercedes-AMG and is paired exclusively with an 8-speed DCT. The 3.5L Supercharged V6 is sourced from Toyota and is the choice for purists, as it can be had with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Max Power: 365 PS to 406 PS
The AMG-sourced i4 produces roughly 365 PS (360 bhp), while the Supercharged V6 produces 406 PS (400 bhp). For 2026, a "Turbo SE" variant has been introduced in the Indian market, pushing the i4's output to 400 PS and 480 Nm of torque.
0-100 km/h: 3.8 to 4.2 Seconds
The DCT-equipped i4 is actually the quicker sprinter, hitting 100 km/h in about 3.8 to 4.0 seconds thanks to its lightning-fast gear changes and launch control. The manual V6 follows closely at 4.2 seconds but offers a more mechanical connection.
