Battery Capacity: 95 kWh
The e-tron Sportback 55 Quattro is equipped with a 95 kWh lithium-ion battery pack (of which approximately 86.5 kWh is usable). Mounted low in the floor pan, this battery placement gives the SUV a low center of gravity, which helps offset its 2.5-tonne kerb weight and provides a more planted feel during high-speed highway cruising.
Max Power: 402 bhp (in Boost Mode)
Under normal driving conditions, the dual motors produce 355 bhp. however, when the transmission is shifted into 'S' mode and the accelerator is floored, the car enters "Boost Mode" for eight seconds, bumping the output to a peak of 402.3 bhp (300 kW). This allows for rapid overtaking maneuvers without the lag typically associated with internal combustion engines.
Max Torque: 664 Nm (Combined)
In its peak state, the e-tron Sportback delivers 664 Nm of torque. The torque distribution is fully variable thanks to the electric Quattro system, which can shift power between the front and rear motors in a fraction of a second—significantly faster than a conventional mechanical clutch system.
0-100 km/h: 5.7 Seconds
Using its launch control and Boost Mode, the e-tron Sportback hits 100 km/h from a standstill in 5.7 seconds. Its top speed is electronically governed at 200 km/h to optimize battery thermal management and driving range.
